Desynced is a sci-fi survival strategy game where you gather, build, explore and fight to survive using fully customizable units and behaviors. Research new technology and expand your power. Discover an AI on the brink of self-awareness and step into the blight to uncover the truth of this world.
“Embark on an adventure”, they said. “A new life in the off-world colonies”, they said. Yet here you are, frozen like a popsicle and rocketing to who knows where with only a bunch of colonization robots (and that damned AI) for company. The job itself isn’t so bad; stay in orbit and command the robots to do your bidding. Get them to do all the dangerous stuff like explore the territory, harvest resources, build a base, and fight off hostile forces. Figure out how to best exploit the planet and then move on to the next one. Only, you’ve got a bad feeling about where this is all going. You’re not feeling like yourself lately and you’ve been having odd dreams this entire cryo-sleep period. As the chimes sound and you begin to rouse out of dormancy, you have a thought: Maybe it’s time to seek help.
